Registration, per person: $275 AAQEP member; $325 nonmember; group discount available for 6 or more registrants from the same institution/provider. Lunch and light breakfast included in price.

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The University Downtown Center is located at 67 Washington Street, Binghamton, New York. It is right next to the Holiday Inn Arena and across the street from the Broome County Arena.

To access the University Downtown Center parking lot: from Washington Street, turn right onto Susquehanna Street. At the end of the street, turn right into the UDC parking lot. There will be a parking attendant at the booth at the entrance to the lot. The attendant will take payment for parking and will be able to take cash or credit cards. The charge will be $6 per car for the day.

Please DO NOT park in the section located closest to Susquehanna Street as this is reserved for student parking only.

Entering the University Downtown Center: Please enter the University Downtown Center through the main entrance located on Washington Street or the back entrance near the Visitor’s Parking area.

Cancellation requests made to [email protected] by January 10 will be issued a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
